The Punto Arte Festival,
for real connoisseurs

In the first week of July a variety of top-musicians, soloists and singers come to the Etruscan city of Volterra in the heart of Tuscany for the second edition of the Festival. Stage director Eva Buchmann and conductor Jan Willem de Vriend, again have put together an exciting program with opera, chamber music, symphonic concerts and solo recitals. Trombone player Jörgen van Rijen gives open masterclasses for young talented musicians from all over the world. In the lively city and its eye-catching surroundings performances and concerts take place on photogenic locations you will never forget.

The musicians, soloists and singers, their high quality apart, share an infectious enthusiasm and the firm conviction that a festival is not a festival without a good glass of wine and an exquisite meal. We make sure that not only the performances and concerts, but the diners as well create ample opportunity for our visitors to informally meet the musicians, soloists and singers.
